Strollywood Help
We’re here to support you, but we’re not doctors, and we don’t give medical advice. For health questions, please talk with your child’s doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
How to reach us
If you can, write to us from the app. In Strollywood, open Settings and tap Send feedback. Your email app opens a message to us. Technical details are already filled in, like your app version and any error code. The details we add don’t include your family’s records.
Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account. If your email app uses a different address, add your sign-in email to the message.
If the app won’t open, write to support@kinrootlabs.com from that same address. Please leave photos and health details about your child out of your email. We don’t need them to help.
Quick answers
How do I invite my partner or a caregiver?
In Strollywood, invite them from Settings. You type in their email address and get a code to send them in any messaging app. They get Strollywood on their own phone, create their own sign-in with that email address, and join with the code. The code works only for that address, and it expires.
For now, everyone in your family can see and change everything, so invite only adults you trust with everything. Choosing what each person can see and change is coming in an update.
For now, each person can be in one family at a time.
A parent can remove anyone in your family who isn’t a parent, such as a grandparent or another caregiver. Your family’s records then leave that person’s phone the next time Strollywood is open on it with a connection.
Never share your password, even with family.
Which phones does Strollywood work on?
During the test, Strollywood is on Apple’s phones. A version for other phones is coming.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Everything you log saves on your phone first. It reaches other phones once each phone is online with Strollywood open. You need a signal to sign in.
An entry isn’t showing on another phone.
Check that the phone that added it and the phone missing it are online, with Strollywood open on each. New entries then come across on their own. If one still hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, open Settings and tap Send feedback.
I got a new phone.
Get Strollywood on the new phone and sign in. Your records and photos come back. Saving videos to the cloud is coming in an update; until then videos stay on the phone that added them. If your family reaches its storage limit, new photos and videos stay on the phone that added them.
Before you wipe the old phone, open Strollywood on it while the phone is online. That lets its last changes finish uploading. Until videos are saved to the cloud, wiping the old phone also deletes the Strollywood videos on it.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app doesn’t delete your account. Your records and photos stay in the cloud and come back when you sign in again.
Before you delete the app, open it while the phone is online, so your last changes finish uploading. Anything that hadn’t uploaded is lost. Until videos are saved to the cloud, deleting the app also deletes the Strollywood videos on that phone.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We email you a code to type into the app, then you choose a new password. If no code arrives, check your spam folder. Then write to support@kinrootlabs.com from the address you sign in with.
Can I change the language or units?
Yes. Open Settings to choose your language and the units for bottle amounts and temperature. Your language is saved with your account, so our emails use it too. Each phone keeps its own unit choices. Growth measurements keep the unit you last used.
Does Strollywood show percentiles?
No. Growth keeps your baby’s own weight, length and head size over time. It doesn’t compare them with other babies. Your child’s doctor can tell you how your baby is growing.
Can I print my notes or send them to the doctor?
Strollywood doesn’t print or send notes. Bring your phone to the appointment and open Health. Each entry shows its date, and its time when you entered one.
I deleted something by mistake.
When you delete an entry, photo or video, it leaves the app right away. We don’t restore deleted items on request. If you still have the details, add it again.
Who can see my family’s records?
Only the people in your family account. For now, everyone in your family can see everything. We don’t sell your records or use them for ads. We open a family’s records only when the family asks us for help, when we need to fix a problem or keep Strollywood secure, or when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains what each kind of service receives.
I think I found a security problem.
Please email security@kinrootlabs.com with what you found and the steps to see it.
Delete your Strollywood account
The fastest way to delete your Strollywood account is in the app, at any time. If you can’t use the app, you can ask us by email. Strollywood is made by Kinroot Labs LLC.
In the app
- Open Strollywood and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Without the app
Email privacy@kinrootlabs.com from the address you use to sign in to Strollywood. The button below fills in the subject.
We’ll reply to that address to check the request came from you. That way, a stranger can’t delete your family’s records just by writing to us. Please answer our email. Then we delete the account and its data the same way the app does, and reply when it’s done.
If you no longer use that email address, sign in to the app and delete the account there.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-in and your access to your family’s records.
- If you’re the last parent in your family: your family’s records, child profile, photos and videos, for everyone still in it.
- Otherwise, the entries you added stay with your family’s records.
Photos and videos you saved to your phone’s own photo library stay there. Before you delete, keep your own copy of any photos or videos you want.
What we keep, and for how long
- Short-term backups of our database, which our cloud provider keeps so we can recover from a failure. Backup copies expire on their normal cycle.
- A short record that the account was deleted. It holds ID numbers and dates, but no names or family records. It stops an old backup from bringing your data back, and it is deleted automatically once it is no longer needed.
- A small record that something was deleted stays until it is no longer needed or your family account is deleted. It holds no entry content, but it may show who deleted it and when.
- Technical and security records, such as sign-in times, IP addresses and server logs, are kept only as long as needed to run and secure Strollywood, then deleted automatically.
- If you wrote to us, we keep those emails as long as needed to help you and keep a record of your request, then delete them.
The Privacy Policy lists everything else we keep, and when it is deleted.
